TB Captain app for iPhone and iPad

The TB Captain app is a part of the Titbit platform that enables restaurant order automation by enabling servers and waiters in a restaurant to take orders on a mobile device. The TB Captain app can be used standalone or in conjunction with the Titbit Digital Menu platform.

The servers no longer have to take an order and then punch it in to their POS, thereby reducing errors, increasing efficiencies and optimizing the order workflow. They can simply browse or search in the menu and select menu items to order - all with TB Captains intuitive user interface.

When used in combination with the Titbit iPad based digital menu platform, orders placed by guests from their iPad based digital menus are sent to the server/waiter serving them for his/her review and further processing. The app has features like – audio alerts when an order has been placed or assistance is requested, detailed modifiers configurable for each item, item prioritization and partial order authorization, etc.
